During our New Year stay, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location as it was close to key tourist attractions. the hotel also provided a decent range of amenities such as a fitness center and a mini-market, which were very helpful.

the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as we found some areas to be a bit dusty.

The hotel's location was convenient with nearby access to public transportation and restaurants. the room had a functional water heater and access to a Udupi Veg restaurant next door. the hotel staff did provide a meet and greet at the reception.

The hotel's poor customer service overshadowed any convenience. Waiting at the reception for over an hour, unclean rooms, and a lack of proper communication with the staff added to our negative experience.

During our romantic escape we appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the availability of room service. the hotel's location close to public transportation and with nearby dining options made it convenient for exploring the area. The beautiful decor in the lobby and the room lent a relaxing and intimate atmosphere.

We experienced disappointment during check-in when we were made to wait for an extended period of time without proper explanation. The lack of prompt communication from the staff caused frustration.
